PURPOSE: A method for separating products mounted on a common board along a sawing line is provided to positively affect the lifetime of a sawing edge by using sub-atmospheric pressure to separate products from each other. CONSTITUTION: In a method for separating products mounted on a common board along a sawing line, the products are coupled to a supporting element by using vacuum. The supporting element and a rotating sawing edge proportionally move along the sawing line formed to saw the board, in which liquid is supplied to the position of the sawing line on each side of the board.
