STABLE, DISPERSED AND LOW VISCOUS POLYMER POLYOL WITH HIGH CONTENT OF POLYSTYRENE OR POLYSTYRENE COPOLYMER

PURPOSE: A low viscosity polymer polyol is provided which can filter easily, have high content styrene or styrene copolymer and low viscosity and is dispersed finely. CONSTITUTION: A low viscosity polymer polyol includes (A) a base polyol, (B) a polymer which contains mixture of (1) a styrene, or (2) the styrene and another one or more an ethylene-unsaturated monomer and (C) a polymer which contains disulfide group and/or mercaptane group which dissolves in the base polyol(A) and has 500-100,000 of molecular weight, 0.5 or more mercaptane group or one or more disulfide group per a molecular and 100-80.000 mPa.s of viscosity((B): 30-60 pts.wt and (C): 1-6 pts.wt in based total weight (A), (B) and (C)). Preparation method of the low viscosity polymer polyol includes which prepares the (B) component by polymerizing the (A) component and the (C) component in the presence of (D) a free-radical initiator of activation amount at 60-140°C in pressure of 1-10bar.
