PURPOSE: A viscous actuated ball ramp clutch having a penetrating shaft capability is provided in which a clutch pack and an actuator are disposed between snap rings so that a force in shaft direction is absorbed into a simple member and an output shaft is penetrated, to thereby allow an easy design and an overall shaft length to be shortened. CONSTITUTION: A viscous actuated ball ramp clutch comprises a clutch pack(23) having an input(15) suitable for receiving an input torque, an output torque(13) suitable for supplying a driving torque to an output device, a first friction disk(71) rotating being fixed at the input(15) and a second friction disk(73) rotating being fixed to the output(13); a unit having a cam ramp actuator(21) including a first ramp panel(41) and a second ramp panel(47), and a plurality of cam members(49) disposed between the first and second ramp panels(41, 47) and which match a first ramp surface(67) and a second ramp surface(69), respectively, the unit being capable of moving the friction disks(71, 73) between unmatched position and matched position, the second ramp panel(47) being disposed in the vicinity of the friction disks(71, 73) in shaft direction so as to move the friction disks(71, 73) to the matched position, the unit capable of moving the friction disks(71, 73) being further provided with input coupling members(25, 107) which rotates being fixed to the input(15) and output coupling members(27, 109).
