The invention relates to a non-surgical oral implantology method, involving rehabilitation of a tooth with an implant and oral rehabilitation of up to twenty-eighth teeth individually mounted on twenty eight implants implanted without reflecting the soft tissues and based on the characteristics of human dentition. Two different types of scalers measuring one-tenth of a millimeter are used. One is used for measuring the thickness of the jawbone or the jaw including the bone and the gingivae while the other makes it possible to perforate the gingivae with special tips to reach the bone and indicate the size thereof . With the aid of said method and the necessary experience, it is possible to replace the use of calipers by the use of the thumb and index finger of the right hand in order to perforate the bone with the surgical drills until the desired caliber has been obtained and then implanting the conical implants in such a way that the twenty-eight implants required for total oral rehabilitation can be implanted in just two or three hours and during a single visit by the patient using local anesthetic and involving no physical or psychological trauma for the patient. |
