The flaps (11) are held by a stent (12) whose several holders (1) fit onto as many counterpart holders (4) of the valve flaps. Both sets of holders (1,4) are hollowed out lengthways for a guide wire (7) and each counterpart (4) plugs onto the holder (1) in the function setting by a latch connection, using bevelled surfaces on both holder and counterpart holder so they plug together in their rotated position. Several stents are used, their flaps arranged in respective series and in the same peripheral part and at the same height. Flap holder (6) has a mechanism to fold the flaps for insertion and their subsequent folding out once in position.
