The invention relates to improvements to a lady's body remodeling corset-drawers, long leg modality, in which the front part of the garment is formed by an armhole and shoulder system (10) that has the purpose of leveling tensional force in the upper back region, covering the excess adipose tissues and projecting them towards the breast and the back; a main front corset-drawers member (20) and a front corset-drawers reinforcement (30) providing firm abdominal support by compressing the thoracic and abdominal regions, while the back part consists of a main back corset-drawers member (80) which includes two straps for reinforcement of the back (90) and a back reinforcement assembly (100) enabling articulation of the load forces to pull up the shoulders forcing the back to maintain its normal position; a back gluteal region member (28) that highlights the gluteus and defines its separation. As a supplement to the elements described above, the garment includes elements to assist in its remodeling function such as an inner back reinforcement (120), an inner reinforcement for the hips and the gluteus (140), back load triangles (110), vertical seam with a gathering reinforcement (150) and a three-section strapping (70).
