The tube joint has a stop and guide element consisting of a base ring (1) and a joint ring (2). The base ring, separated on one side, after fitting on the connecting shell (8), engages with its inner ring catch (9) in a groove (21) in the connecting shell. When the joint ring is fitted in a groove (10) in the base ring, a fixed annular body serving as the stop and guide element is formed.
