<p>The invention concerns a method for enhancing reception quality in digital data receivers. The data are transmitted from at least a fixed station by radiofrequency channel subcarriers using an asynchronous transmission protocol by packets containing each a predetermined number of elementary lines. The method consists in selecting among said radiofrequency channels at least one specific channel so as to form at least one main specific network with identifiable transmission; defining within said transmission protocol carried by said network a transmission frame comprising a predetermined number of successive packets; inserting in the successive frames elementary network signalling blocks containing at least a network identifier, and mutually separated by a predetermined maximum number of elementary blocks less than the number of blocks in a packet; storing in each receiver a network indication, the elementary signalling blocks containing a fall-back indicator to at least a fall-back network.</p> |
