PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make miniaturizable a device by reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a blurring correcting lens 11 which is operated so as to correct the blurring, driving parts for correcting blurring 31, 32 and 13a to 13d for electromagnetically driving the blurring correcting lens 11, and the driving parts include one ring magnet 31, and the ring magnet 31 is constituted so that one side of the ring magnet is used for correcting the blurring and the other side is used for locking the blurring correcting lens 11. |
