摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a bearing and a seal from heat and keep the reliability for a long period by providing such a structure as to cool a high-temperature cylindrical bearing with a coolant and cool a seal for sealing the coolant with this coolant. SOLUTION: A cylindrical vessel constituting kiln body for putting a paste raw material to a high temperature powder and grain layer has a hollow cylindrical shaft 1 on both the ends, so that the raw material is put in from one end side, and thermally decomposed gas and fine powder of a reaction product are discharged from the other end side. In this case, a cylinder 2 formed of an inner cylinder 2a and an outer cylinder 2b is fixed to the circumference of the cylindrical shaft 1. A spiral groove 4 is formed on the inner cylinder 2a, a ring-like connecting passage 4b connected to the inlet and outlet sides of the spiral groove 4 is provided on the outer cylinder 2b, so that a coolant is passed through inlet and outlet passages 6a, 6b. An axially halved cylinder 3 is rotatably fitted to the outer cylinder 2b, a bearing 5 is interposed in the connection part, and the bearing 5 is cooled with the coolant together with O-rings 8 arranged on both sides of the inlet and outlet passages 6a, 6b.
