PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch for ostomy having a capsule easy in discharging a medicine. SOLUTION: A pouch for ostomy is demarcated by a front wall 12 and a rear wall 14 having a fistula hole 18. A bursting capsule 24 is supported by a support or an interposing wall 44 welded to the front wall and the rear wall by a common welding seam. When desired, the capsule is burst by mutually pressing the walls of the porch in the position, and the contents (for example, a deodorant, a disinfectant or a preserving agent) are distributed. In one form, the support does not cover the fistula hole. In another form, the contents are distributed to the side facing to the front wall, and a curtain 44 shields the fistula hole to prevent a medicine from blowing out of the fistula hole or from contacting with this hole. In another form, one or more bursting capsules may be arranged on the front wall or the rear wall. When desired, plural capsules may include different medici medicines. The capsules are composed of, for example, gelatin, and are self-dissoluble to an environmental condition in the pouch. |
