PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to save a space and to obtain a good assembly characteristic and accuracy in assembly of a liquid crystal display having holding electrode terminals by providing the liquid crystal display with >=1 piece of projecting shapes and providing the surface of a liquid crystal display frame with recessed shapes of the same number as the number of the projecting shapes in the positions corresponding to the projecting shapes. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display 2 is fitted to the liquid crystal display frame 1 and the conical recessed shape are formed at the liquid crystal display framed 1 so as to receive the hemispherical projecting shapes for positioning formed at the four corners of the liquid crystal display 2 at a prescribed position. Anisotropic conductive rubber 3 is built into the liquid crystal display frame 1 in which the liquid crystal display 2 is assembled in the number described above. A circuit board 4 is then screwed thereto. The projecting shapes of the liquid crystal display 2 are formed on the basis of the positions of the electrode terminals. The recessed shape of the liquid crystal display frame 1 are, thereupon, so formed that the liquid crystal display 2 is built into such position where conduction can be taken between the determined electrodes of the electrode terminals of the circuit board 4 and the electrode terminals of the liquid crystal display 2 may be taken with each other when the liquid crystal display frame 1 and the circuit board 4 are built in.
