PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight and improve the working property by bending an extended sheet material to form a cylindrical body, and inserting and holding both the ends to and by a pair of leg bodies. SOLUTION: A plurality of bending parts consisting of shallow linear cut lines are formed at prescribed intervals on the reverse side of a substantially rectangular extended sheet member consisting of synthetic resin, and a strip indication part M1 is printed in a prescribed sectional area formed by the bending parts. The extending sheet member is bent down in the bending parts to form a cylindrical body 12 having a rectangular outer form, and a vertical rib is longitudinally formed within the cylindrical body. A leg body 14 having a holding part 16 in the upper part and legs 17a, 17b opened in a truncated chevron shape in the lower part is provided, and both ends of the cylindrical body 12 are inserted to the opening 17 of the holding part 16 of a pair of leg bodies 14, respectively, to form a barricade structure. According to this, since the weight can be reduced, the efficiency in carrying, assembling, setting or disassembling works can be improved, and the purpose of use can be clarified by the indicating function.
