The state of the deterioration of the measuring precision is detected from the line of sight of the user operating the selecting work by a measuring precision deterioration detecting means 7, and when the deterioration of the measuring precision is detected, correction amounts are calculated by a correction amount calculating means 8, and the measured line of sight is corrected by the line of sight correcting means 2 by using the calculated correction amounts for the next command selecting time.
