PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration blocking element for blocking vibration of an internal combustion engine exhaust pipe comprising a screw thread-like or ring wave-like bellows with a good vibration blocking function, to be mounted or repaired easily. SOLUTION: A first pipe member 1 comprises a ring-like bulging part 7 at the end part thereof to be connected with a bellows 3. The first pipe member elongates in the bellows downstream of the ring-like bulging part so as to provide a fire cylinder not in contact with the bellows. A centering surface 14 is provided between the ring-like bulging part 7 and the fire cylinder 9. The bellows 3 is interlocked with the first pipe member detachably at the ring- like bulging part 7 by a clamp interlocking tool in the state closely contacting with the centering surface.
