<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve product yield by preventing damaging such as the scratch of a casing surface caused by an ultrasonic welding operation. SOLUTION: By this method, ultrasonic welding is carried out by pressurizing a welding head 2 to a cassette C, applying ultrasonic vibration from the welding head 2 to the stacked joined surface of the cassette C, and welding and connecting the joined surface by heating. The welding head 2 is pressurized through a friction absorbing sheet 5 to the cassette C, friction vibration transmitted to a cassette surface accompanying the ultrasonic vibration of the welding head 2 is absorbed by the friction absorbing sheet 5, and thereby the damaging of a casing surface such as a scratch caused by friction is prevented. In addition, an ultrasonic welding device is provided for implementing this method.</p> |
