PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the jump out of a compression spring by providing each of an upper half and a lower half with a wall-like member in such a manner that these wall-like members enclose the circumference of a compression spring from four sides when both halves are mated. SOLUTION: The compression spring 24 mounted at a boss is enclosed by the wall-like member 12f and wall-like rib 12g of the lower half 12 and the wall-like 10f of the upper half 10 from four sides, by which the jumping out of the compression spring 24 is prevented. An elastic locking piece 12d disposed at the lower half 12 is a member actuated by the compression spring 24 and the wall-like member for preventing the jumping out disposed on a lower side is not disposed at the lower half 12 side and is, therefore, disposed on the upper half 10 side. The check that the compression spring 24 is surely assembled is executed from the aperture side (a spacing in a diagonal direction) exclusive of the longitudinal and lateral direction where the ribs, etc., for preventing the jumping out of the compression spring exist or the spacing between the end face of the rib 10f and the base surface of the lower half 12.
