PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster preventive monitor and control board equipped with an opening/closing structure for a small door which facilitates switch operation and eliminates the need to make a board main body large in size even when switches provided in an operation display part for maintenance inspection increase. SOLUTION: The small door 4 which is journaled vertically and freely opened and closed in the lateral direction is provided at the display operation part in the front of the board and a lock mechanism 7 which holds the opened small door 4 at a specific open position is provided between the small door 4 and board front. The lock mechanism 7 is equipped with a stopper piece 17 which extends to the door rear end beyond the rotary shaft 15 of the small door 4, an engagement piece 8 which is formed projecting at an inside position before the stopper piece 17, and an engagement step part which is formed on the board side corresponding to the engagement piece 8 and is arranged so that part of the corner edge 9b of the engagement part 9 on the board side is positioned on the rotation locus 20 of the tip of the engagement tip and the lock mechanism 7 is restrained at a position where the engagement piece 8 moves beyond the corner edge 9b of the engagement step part 9 as the small door 4 is rotated and opened and the stopper piece 17 abuts against the corner edge front edge 9a of the engagement stage part 9, thereby holding the small door 4 at the specific open position.
