PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make surely peelable paper of various sizes in a high-speed electrophotographic device by supplying air blown from one nozzle of a blowing means, toward one end of paper in the direction of the width of it and supplying air blown from the other nozzle, to the other end of the paper in the direction of the width of it. SOLUTION: An air blowing means 20 is composed of a fan 20a and nozzles 2b for guiding the directions in which air is blown from the fan 20a. The two nozzles 2b are arranged further inside than the width of paper being used, and air blown from the one nozzle 2b is supplied to one end of the paper in the direction of its width and air blown from the other nozzle 2b is supplied to the other end of the paper in the direction of its width. By blowing air into an empty space between the front end of the paper and a photoreceptor drum 2 by means of the nozzle 2b, the paper slightly peeling from the photoreceptor drum 2 by receiving the action of a peeling unit 19 is pressed toward a carrying belt 21, and the frequency of the occurrences of paper jams is decreased.
