PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically supply packed ice and water used for icing. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a water intake port 1, an ice maker 2 communicating with the water intake port, an ice storage part 6 for storing the ice made by the ice maker, a bag storage part 8 for storing a plurality of water-resistant bags 7, an ice packing means 9 for taking out the bag 7 stored in the bag storage part and put the ice in the ice storage part 6 into the bags taken out, a water supplying means 5 communicating with the water intake port 1 for supplying water to the bag packed with the ice 7A by the ice packing means, a sealing means 12 for sealing the bag packed with the ice and water 7B, a belt conveyer 10 functioning as a conveyance/transfer-out means, and a discharge means 11 as supplying port of the packed ice and water 7C. Moreover, a controller 14 controls start/stop of the respective means.
