PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adhesion to a processing machine and the falling of a back primer layer by making a sheet chiefly composed of a polyolefin a base material and forming the heat resistant back primer layer which has adhesiveness at heat-embossment lower than that of the sheet and is good in adhesion to wood on the back of the sheet. SOLUTION: As a colored sheet 21, a polypropylene thermoplastic elastomer sheet is subjected to corona treatment, and a heat resistant back primer layer 22 which has adhesiveness at heat-embossment lower than that of a polyolefin and is good in adhesion to wood is formed on the back of the sheet. As regards the adhesiveness at heating of the layer 22, the adhesiveness to a metal drum at 100 deg.C should be lower than that of a polyolefin sheet. A transparent coating layer 23, a colored solid-printed layer 24, a pattern printed layer 25, and a primer layer 26 for acrylic film lamination are formed on the surface of the sheet. Next, an acrylic film 11 is laid on it to obtain a decorative sheet having unevenness 31.
