This invention is a hollow tube used in the filling of a container when the fluid level of that container is obstructed from view. In the invention, a battery pack with 2 indicator lights, is molded into the outside of the hollow tube, or affixed by some other mechanical means and close to one end of the hollow tube. With the indicator lights facing the user, the opposite end of the hallow tube containing the battery pack is inserted into the container. When neither of the 2 indicator lights is illuminated, it indicates the the container fluid level is below the minimum required level. When one indicator light is illuminated, it indicates the container is at the minimum level and fluid may be added to the container. When both indicator lights are illuminated, this shows the maximum required level is obtained.
