PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve balanced performance on icy and snow roads as well as lateral performance by providing the subject tire divided by a first main groove with a large width in the circumferential direction, a second main groove in the circumferential direction and a laterally crossing main groove, and provided with a sipe on an outermost land in the width direction of a tread, which has a minimum inclination. SOLUTION: A pair of first main grooves with a wide width in the circumferential direction 1 extends linearly along the rotational direction of a tire. A central land 2 is divided by the grooves 1, at a central region of a tread. A second main groove in the circumferential direction 3 extends linearly outward in the width direction of the tread. Laterally crossing main grooves 4 are arranged alternately on both sides of the central land 2. Dividing grooves 6 are arranged to divide lands 5 in the width direction of the tread. Staggering sipes 8a are provided in each land 5 and have a minimum inclination to the width direction of the tread compared with other sipes. Accordingly, the purpose is attained. |
