PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle floor structure facilitating piping for control fluid used for various kinds of vehicle control. SOLUTION: A base frame 1 constituting a structure lower part for an iron/ stainless steel vehicle is provided with a plate member 3. The plate member 3 is provided with a wavy cross sectional shape in which recess groove parts and projection parts extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction are alternately formed. In the recess groove part of the plate member 3, a main pipe 4 for control air used for various kinds of vehicle control is arranged. The main pipe 4 is provided with an elliptically cylindrical cross sectional shape having a horizontal major axis. The upper face part of the main pipe 4 is fixed to the plate member 3 by welding, while a screw joint having a thread part is fixed to a single/plurality of communication hole/holes arranged in the lower face part by welding. To the thread part in the screw joint, a sub-pipe for control fluid used for various vehicle control can be connected.
