PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable two kinds of measurement, i.e., a measurement of height position of an input filling line and another measurement of a fixed state of a cap fixed to a container (a measurement of slant head of the cap) to be carried out concurrently by applying one set of camera under a superior measuring condition and in a high precision manner. SOLUTION: This container product inspection device is provided with a first lighting system A for radiating inspection radiating light to a part (a cap 2b) of a container product 2 to be inspected through a dispersion plate 9; a second lighting system B for directly radiating inspection radiating light to another portion (a filling line of the container 2a) of the container product 2; a camera 4 (a photographing device) for photographing the inspection radiating light from the first and second lighting systems A, B over the container product 2; and an image processing device 5 for judging about a plurality of inspection items on the basis of image information supplied by the camera 4, respectively.
