PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate wiring work of optical fibers. SOLUTION: The device side optical fibers 11 on a transmission device side are switchably connected to a plurality of the cable side optical fibers extracted from an optical cable. A wiring region where a plurality of the internally wired optical fibers 11 are wired in parallel is provided with a plurality of guide parts 26 of these optical fibers along this region. These guide parts 26 are segmented to areas 31a to 31d in plural adjacent directions for housing the optical fibers 11 wired between the adjacent guide parts and a take-out area 32 for housing the optical fibers 11 to be taken out to the outside of the wiring region from the guide parts 26. The take-out area 32 is communicated with each of the areas 31a to 31d for the plural adjacent directions.
