<p>The invention relates to a fibre-optical measuring system of the type in which the variation of a parameter generates a difference of rate. Such a device enables the measurement of speed of rotation or of current and of magnetic field. This device comprises electronic means performing a digital processing of the signal and optimising its performance levels.
