Bushing interacts with its internal tapered sealing surface with tapered sealing surface of shut-off member shaped as a disc coupled with drive having shifted axis. Sealing surfaces of bushing and disc are made identical, tapered and inclined with longitudinal axis of disc positioned at an angle to axis of cone forming this surface. Sealing tapered surfaces of bushing and disc are made inclined and at cone angle of 10-40 deg. Longitudinal axis of disc is positioned at an angle of 10-30 deg to axis of cone forming this surface. Gate makes it possible to shut off fluid medium tightly at high head. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
