Latch found in guide channel is made for engagement with actuating mechanism. The latter accommodates drive member in its body. Drive member is made, for instance, in the form of gear which may be turned with the help of handle. Folding sash in region of installation of actuating member has break which pierces bottom of guide channel in metal or plastic section. Part of actuating member accommodating drive member passes at least partially through said break. Body is provided with means for temporary fixation of actuating member position before its final attachment. To provide for position fixation at all possible sections, body has means for acting against mounting connection with geometric closing, and/or friction closing with made openings and/or with break.
