A dustproof seal strip which has on strip-form release paper a plurality of dustproof seals for closing a handle hole of a corrugated board box by being bonded to the handle hole, and which can accommodate a fast bonding to the handle hole and impart a dustproof function and hand-carrying function to the corrugated board box, characterized in that each dustproof seal includes a base material having an opening provided corresponding to the handle hole, an oriented film so laminated as to close the opening and an adhesive layer, and the plurality of dustproof seals are peelably bonded and arranged on the strip-form release paper at preset intervals and at least in one row.
