<p>A mounting (1) is provided for a mask plate for use during puddle development of the plate. The mounting comprises a body (1), for example of plastics material. A recess (2) is formed in a surface of the body (1) of a shape and size matching that of the mask plate. The mask plate can be inserted into the recess (2) and then developed by the puddle development technique.</p> |
