Filled foam is claimed, which is obtained by reacting (I) polyfunctional isocyanates and (II) mixtures of (a) carboxylic acids, optionally (b) alcohols and/or primary and/or secondary amines and (c) filler mixtures of (c-1) inorganic filler resistant to high temperature, (c-2) filler resistant to high temperature and forming micropores and (c-3) heat-activated swelling agent. Filled foam is claimed, which is obtained by reacting (I) polyfunctional isocyanates and (II) mixtures of (a) carboxylic acids and optionally (b) alcohols and/or primary and/or secondary amines, in which (a) and/or (b) must by polyfunctional and/or combined to a hydroxycarboxylic acid and/or aminocarboxylic acid, and (c) filler mixtures of (c-1) inorganic filler resistant to high temperature, (c-2) filler resistant to high temperature and forming micropores and (c-3) heat-activated swelling agent. An Independent claim is also included for a process in which components (I) and (II) are in separate compartments and the filled foam is produced by mixing the components.
