PURPOSE: A shock absorber for a vehicle is provided to construct a structure of a shock absorber simply so that a manufacturing cost is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorber for a vehicle comprises: a cylinder (2) to be full of oil and to be connected with a wheel; pistons (6)(8), in which a piston rod (4) is inserted, to be inserted into the cylinder, to form several orifices (16), and to be detachable into an upper part (6) and a lower part (8); a control disc (12) to be mounted between the upper part and the lower part of the piston, and to control the absorbing force by limiting the number of the opened orifice when a vehicle inclines or rolls; elastic members (14) to fixed in outer surface of the control disc, to be supported slidable in inner surface of the cylinder, and to return the control disc.
