PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing a polyester complex yarn having different dye property which has excellent spinnability and finishing. Thereby, it is possible to produce a polyester complex yarn having different dye property by using a copolymerized polyester fiber. CONSTITUTION: A process for producing a polyester complex yarn comprises following the steps of: spinning a polyester fiber and copolymerized polyester fiber to draw the spun yarn; and then air-blowing the spun yarn to prepare a polyester complex yarn. A distance between spinning base and heating bath is 60-200cm, a temperature of the heating bath is 100-200°C, and rewinding speed of the spun yarn is 1,500-3,500m/min. An equipment for producing a polyester complex yarn is comprised of a spinning base, a cooling equipment, a heating bath, an emulsion supplying equipment, a first godet roller, a second godet roller, a separate roller, an interlacer and a rewinder.
