PURPOSE: A rear wheel drive type bicycle is provided to achieve an increased momentum and speed while converting the structure of saddle to allow riders to lie face down on the saddle and adopting a dual gear system. CONSTITUTION: A rear wheel driver type bicycle comprises a rear wheel gear(23) and a rear wheel multistage gear arranged at both side of a rear wheel(2), a neutral gear(34) and a neutral multistage gear(33) arranged at an intermediate portion of the bicycle, gears(23, 34, 33) and the rear wheel multistage gear being connected by chains(36, 36'). When the rear wheel gear(23) is rotated by a pedal(24), the gears rotate in turn by the chains(36, 36') so that the rear wheel gear drives the rear wheel. |
