PURPOSE: A producing method of a nutrient for bean sprouts is provided to enable a long-term storage and have a high effectiveness and harmless to men. CONSTITUTION: A nutrient for bean sprouts is prepared by adding a potassium hydroxide to a phosphoric acid solution and regulating to pH 6 and then mixing 0.3wt% of 6-benzylaminoprin. As a preparing example adding 200kg of phosphoric acid and 138kg of potassium hydroxide to 1000kg of water to make a solution maintained pH 6 and solving 3.2kg of 6-benzylaminoprin(purity 99%), when 6-benzylaminoprin solving step adding 90g of sodium hydroxide to 19kg of water or 600g of citric acid and 3.2kg of 6-benzylaminoprin to 0.3wt.% solution. |
