PURPOSE: High performance signal searching device and signal searching method are provided to reduce the searching time for finding the acquisition and the multi-route signal of CDMA signal. CONSTITUTION: A method of searching the signal comprises the steps of: saving the created PN sequence; circulating the PN sequence repeatedly and outputting PN code(230); despreading(130) the received CDMA signal into PN chip unit by using the output PN code.
