PURPOSE: A module-type transport box for live fish and live fish transport system using the box are provided, to increase the transport amount, to reduce the amount of supplied oxygen, to prevent the leakage of water, and to reduce the lethality of live fish. CONSTITUTION: A system comprises a rectangular housing (21) having the fixing projections (21a-21e) which are formed in the center of both sides of the housing (21) and are inserted into the fixing groove (41a, 43a) of a transport box (11-15); a circulation pump (63) which is placed in the lower part of the housing (21) and supplies water for live fish; a bubble generator for injecting air into the circulation water; and a plurality of module-type live fish transport boxes (11-15) which is loaded inside of the housing (21).
