The proposed compacting rolling process of structural part is carried out along the axis (1) of load of the loaded structural part (2) in a notch (3) being arranged perpendicularly to the axis (1) of load. The notch (3) compacted by rolling through the mediation of paths (5) arranged side-by-side along the axis (1) of load and directed perpendicularly to said axis (1) of load, whereby each path (5) covers the notch only partially, whereby in the structural part (2) below the notch are produced internal pressure stresses by the compacting rolling. During rolling the adjacent paths (5) overlap each other and by they are rolled by rolling with adjusted strength corresponding to the path (5) so that internal pressure stresses are produced that have with respect to the axis (1) of load axial components (17) and tangential components (18), whereby the axial components (17) values are greater than the tangential components (18).
