PURPOSE: An antifungal azole derivatives having a fluorinated vinyl group and preparing process thereof are provided which possess potent antifungal activities. CONSTITUTION: A antifungal compound of formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof are prepared. In formula, X is CH or N; Y is O, formula (A) or formula (B); R1 and R2 are each independently F or Cl; R3 is a thiophenyl, naphthyl, or phenyl group in which the phenyl group is optionally substituted with one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 haloalkyl, C1-4 alkocy, methylenedioxy and halogen; and R4 is H or trifluoromethyl.
