ROTARY TURN-OVER FOR CARRYING PCB ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: A rotary turn-over for carrying a PCB assembly is provided to improve the working efficiency and to reduce the cost by preventing the damage due to the dropping. CONSTITUTION: A rotary turn-over for carrying a PCB assembly(20) prevents the congestion of the PCB assembly due to the unbalance of working speed of a prior process and a post process of the PCB assembly passing through a buffer along a working line after soldering. The rotary turn-over for carrying the PCB assembly comprises: a first driving motor(33) driving according to the entry of the PCB assembly being sent after soldering; a conveyor turn-over(30) loading by supporting the PCB assembly horizontally; a second driving motor(37) rotating the conveyor turn-over in 180 degree and an air cylinder(38) moving by rotating the conveyor turn-over in a sloped angle of 30 degree.
