PURPOSE: A dielectric composite for detecting an infrared without using a cooling device is made of ceramic, which has a good superconductivity, a high dielectric ratio, a low dielectric loss, and high density of sinter. CONSTITUTION: A barium carbonate(BaCO3), a strontium carbonate(SrCO3), a calcium carbonate(CaCO3), a titan oxide(TiO2) and sub-ingredient are mixed with certain ratio, desiccated and continually plasticated for 2.5 hours at 1100°C. After desiccating, the composite is grinded infinitesimally. A binder about 1.5 weight is added to the grinded one to make a granule. The granule is formed to be a shape which size is 20 pi and 1.5mm by applying pressure of 2 ton/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>. After formation, it is sintered for 1-3 hours under temperature of 1400-1450°C. Then a dielectric material is achieved after depositing silver electrode. |
