ALUMINUM PIPE MEMBER PLATED WITH COPPER AND METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PLATING ALUMINUM PIPE MEMBER WITH COPPER

PURPOSE: A method and a device are provided to improve corrosion resistance and radiating performance by applying a copper plating method to an aluminum tubular member having a small diameter treating fluid to corrode aluminum. CONSTITUTION: Power is supplied while a first electrolyte(21) including copper cyanide is supplied to an electrolytic tub(20). The inner face of a path of a pipe member is plated with copper. Herein, a consumption copper rod(30) supplying copper for plating is inserted to the pipe member. According to the characteristic of the current flowing in a shortest distance, the inner face closest to the copper rod is plated properly. The aluminum forming the pipe member is not oxidized by the sulfate atmosphere even if copper sulfate is used as an electrolyte and peeling of the plated part is not occurred. Thereby, plating is completed stably.
