PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for solidifying insoluble dusts such as fly ash or incinerated ash generated from a trash burner or plants into a fine size by extruding with cement and water, which can prevent environmental pollution caused by kinds of dusts to be reclaimed or recycled. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a mixing chamber(100) with a built-in mixing screw(120) rotated by a driving motor(130), a feeding port or hopper(110) formed at the upper part of the mixing chamber where a waste supply part(10), a cement supply part(20) and a water supply part(30) are connected, a discharge part(140) formed at one end of the mixing chamber for discharging dough state of the mixture of cement, water and wastes forcibly removed with being stirred, an extruding cylinder(200) having a feeding port or hopper(210) where the discharged mixture is put into and a built-in extruding screw(220) operated by a driving motor(240), an extruding plate(250) formed with a plurality of extruding holes(252) and placed at the front end of the cylinder(200), and a heater(230) installed on the surface of the cylinder.
