PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a optical disk driving device capable of reducing the occurrence of external disturbances in focus servo control and tracking servo control, an optical disk driving method and an optical disk device. SOLUTION: This optical disk driving device includes a waveform shaping means provided in a tilt driving section 27, for shaping the waveform of a driving current for driving a tilt motor 28 provided to change the angle of an optical pickup 3 to the rotating surface of the optical disk. Thus, the vibration of the optical pickup 3 is suppressed, external disturbances applied on focus control or tracking control by the vibration of an objective lens 8 are reduced, mechanical noses can be suppressed during tilt driving, and further since no tilt sensors need to be provided, the size of the optical pickup 3 is reduced, and the optical disk driving device is miniaturized.
