PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve perspiration suppression of a user by cyclically showering cold water having lower temperature than that of human body and hot water having higher temperature in an alternately repeating cycle. SOLUTION: This regulator is constituted of a mixing valve 16 to regulate the mixing ratio of hot water and water, a drive device 17 to drive the mixing valve 16, a temperature detector 18 to detect the water mixed hot water temperature, a low temperature control means 20 to control the drive device 17 to regulate the mixed hot water at a temperature lower than that of human body based on a signal from the temperature detector 18, a high temperature control means 19 to control the drive device 17 to control the mixed hot water at a higher temperature, and a valve control means 21 to start the low temperature control means 20 at first, next stops the low temperature control means 20 and start the high temperature control means 19, and finally stops the low temperature control means 20. Thus perspiration suppression is enabled by repeatedly showering cold water and hot water to lower the temperature in the user's body. |
