PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the transparency, the slipperiness and the resistance against the falling-off of an anti-blocking agent of a film by a method wherein the three components comprising a layer laminating onto at least one side of a base material layer are included respectively by the wt.% and parts by weight lying within the ranges of specified numerical values and the volume average partile diameter of one component and the acid value of another component are set within the ranges of specific numerical values. SOLUTION: This film includes 100 pts.wt. of a prolpylene-based polymer as a component A as a surface layer resin composition laminating onto one side or both the sides of a base material layer made of a crystalline propylene- based polymer, 1-50 wt.% and 49-98 wt.% of a carboxyl group-containing radical polymerizable polymer and its copolymerizable monomer and 1-20 wt.% of a crosslinkable monomer including 0.05-1.0 pts.wt. of fine crosslinked polymer particles, the volume average particle diameter of which is 0.3-10μm as a component B and 0.01-5 pts.wt. of an acid polyolefin-based resin, the acid value of which is 1.0-100 mg KOH/g as a component C.
