PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data duplicating system permitting to dupricate a data in high quality in the case that a copyright owner permits high quality duprication keeping copyrighting function. SOLUTION: A data duprication system 1 contains a data reduction control part 20 for controlling data correction according to correction control information 83. A data correction control part 20 decides whether or not charging is necessary for reproduction of data according to a charging control flag (83c3), and when the charging is necessary, the control part controls the correction of data according to duprication permission flag (83c1) and a quality control flag (83c2) after it has confirmed that the charging has been done by a charging device 200, and when the charging is unnecessary, the control part controls the correction of data without confirming that the charging has been done by the charging device 200 according to the reproduction permission flag (83c1) and a quality control flag (83c2).
