APPARATUS FOR FORMING OF PROJECTED ARTICLE MADE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN RISING ON SURFACE OF FLAT PLATE-LIKE BASE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for forming of projected articles made of a synthetic resin stood on a flat plate-like base wherein the forming speed can be arbitrarily changed in a small installation space and even during deforming, useless thermal carrier is not given except deformation site. SOLUTION: This apparatus 20 for secondary molding molds required shapes by melting and deforming the top parts of projected articles 2 of the primary molded article with a number of projected articles 2 wholly rising from the surface of a flat plate-like base 1 made of a synthetic resin. In this case, a press member 22 and an inner heating device 21 such as an ultrasonic tool horn pinching a transferring path of the primary molded article and arranged up and down by specified intervals are provided and the press member 22 is arranged at a position for pressing and deforming the top parts of the projected article 2 and the inner heating device 21 is arranged at a position being brought into contact with the back face of the flat plate-like base 1.
