PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the wind-direction control device of a fan in which all the wind-directions discharged from a fan can be controlled into various directions, and a wind plate itself comprises a finger guard function to be restrained low in the mounting height. SOLUTION: In this wind-direction control device 1a of a fan 2 provided on the wind sending face 7 of the fan 2 with a built-in rotor 3 with blades 4 and provided with wind-direction plates 8a-8c controlling wind direction, the wind-direction plates 8a-8c are provided so as to surround just over the rotor 3 of the fan 2, they are provided with blades 12a-12c formed to be bent toward the center or at least one of the outsides on the wind sending face 7 of the fan 2, the wind-direction plates 8a-8c are arranged on the wind sending face 7 of the fan 2 over twofold so as to surround just over the rotor 3, and they are provided to cover the whole territory of the blades 4 of the fan 2.
